The weather has now officially cooled off! I am enjoying the rain. It makes the world smell so good outside! (And I'm grateful for warmth inside the house!)

We are still waiting for the weather to cool off. But we've been able to go play in the river right after school these last few days. It's so peaceful. I'm glad it is still warm enough to do that. I value the quiet peaceful time with my children before all the homework and activities pick back up again.

Been awhile

but thought I'd post something good. We're back to our regular school routine and mostly enjoying it. The weather is chilly most mornings, but by afternoon the sun it out and it's nice.

It's been awhile

It's summertime and the weather is trying to be summer. We're definitely spending more time outside, even in the early evening, so my online time is less and less. This is good though, because I'm getting the exercise I need. So my good thing is spending more time in the fresh air and exercising.

Youth Conference

My ds is on his way to Youth Conference. I'm happy for him. I miss him, but he's having fun so I'll have fun at home with the girls.

Summer is here

and that means the wading pool is out and the kids are enjoying the water. YEAH!!!

Summer

is trying. Today we had almost 80 so we didn't have to wear sweaters to church. Took 3 walks with my dd today since she was active. Sunny blue sky.
